ExperienceOur organisation has over 30 years experience across Victoria in all aspects of Property Services/Building Maintenance, our team have specific expertise to provide technical support to each of our valued clients, further supported through our network of service providers.
Strategic PartnershipsFurther to our core services as detailed, we often have requests from our clients to provide technical building maintenance and support services. In these instances we have developed a network of strategic partners/contractors to compliment our overall package to clients, ensuring that we are able to deliver reliable and quality services.
Property ServicesWhen it comes to alterations, renovations, and office / floor fit-outs, painting or just general maintenance our team will ensure quality service within budget and on time. Each client’s request no matter how small is given personal service from our experienced and fully qualified staff/subcontractors, from large refurbishment projects to a simple door hinge repair. Quality, reliability and prompt service is our aim.
We currently have 14 (fourteen) fully equipped and identifiable vehicles on the road to provide prompt and efficient service to our valued clients.
Occupational Health & Safety is of great importance to McCormack Property Services, through effective management practises we aim to ensure the health and safety of our employees/contractors, to minimise any adverse impact its activities may have on the environment and its clients.
Keeping up-to date with current trends in the building/property services industry is our main tool of trade to provide our clients with quality service, this includes relevant building regulations and essential services requirements.
We always use superior products to ensure low on-going maintenance costs to clients.

Recruitment We understand that getting the right people for the job is the first critical step towards our success. We ensure that all staff is properly recruited with a formal application, interview, and selection and appointment procedure within our standard practises.
Uniforms and PresentationStaff will be in a presentable state of dress at all times and will of course, be smartly uniformed when duties are performed in the public eye. This not only ensures ease of identification but also complements our client’s premises.
